Providing a confidential space to express your thoughts and feelings without judgement.
Hello, my name is Kerry.
I am a qualified psychodynamic counsellor working with adults and adolescents from my practice in the lovely village of Codicote in Hertfordshire.
Whether you are in crisis, suffering with depression or anxiety, or generally just feeling overwhelmed, I’m here to help. Talking therapy gives you the space to express your thoughts and feelings without judgement or criticism. By working in an open-ended or time-limited way, we can explore the challenges you face, developing the tools to build your self-esteem so you can independently overcome any future emotional obstacles.
As a counsellor, I pride myself on being warm and approachable, always maintaining confidentiality and working ethically. If you have any questions, please reach out and get in touch. To suffer in silence will keep you in a position of feeling alone.
“I can offer you an environment where we can identify the issues you want to tackle, where you feel supported and understood.”
A confidential space
Working with me offers you the opportunity to talk to a qualified professional who will provide you with a confidential and empathetic space where you feel listened to.
Whether you are at a crisis point or looking for additional support to get you through what feels like a difficult time, I can offer you an environment where we can identify the issues you want to tackle so you feel supported and understood. Talking through your concerns will enable you to better understand yourself and enhance your well-being.
